Beginning Ballroom & Latin

Prerequisite: None

Learn ballroom & Latin in one class! Half the class will be spent on a ballroom style dance (e.g. waltz, tango) and the other half on a Latin style dance (e.g. cha cha, rumba, swing).

Intermediate Ballroom & Latin

Prerequisite: Beginning Ballroom & Latin

Learn ballroom & Latin in one class! Half the class will be spent on a ballroom style dance (e.g. waltz, tango) and the other half on a Latin style dance (e.g. cha cha, rumba, swing).

Progressive Beginning Ballroom & Latin

Prerequisite: None

Become proficient in a ballroom or Latin dance in one month! This class will introduce you to the style of the month and be able to lead or follow the dance in a social setting.

Progressive Intermediate Ballroom & Latin

Prerequisite: Beginning Ballroom & Latin

Learn intermediate level patterns and some advanced technique in a ballroom or Latin dance in one month! This class will give you intermediate level patterns and the tools to be able to dance the style of the month.

Progressive Advanced Ballroom & Latin

Prerequisite: Passed the bronze exam, compete at the silver level or above or instructor approval.

Learn advanced level patterns and technique in a ballroom or Latin dance in one month! This class will give you advanced patterns and the tools to be able to dance the style of the month.

Beginning West Coast Swing

Prerequisite: None

Learn to glide across the floor to slow swing or disco music using the basic and other fun patterns.

Intermediate West Coast Swing

Prerequisite: Beginning West Coast Swing

Learn to glide across the floor to slow swing or disco music using the basic and other fun patterns. Intermediate West Coasst Swing will teach intermediate to advanced level patterns and advanced lead and follow technique to try out on the dance floor

Beginning Salsa

Prerequisite: None

Learn sizzling salsa, including cha cha, mambo, and cumbia. This class is a month session which builds on patterns and technique taught the week before.

Intermediate Salsa

Prerequisite: Beginning Salsa

Learn sizzling salsa, including cha cha, mambo, and cumbia. This class is a month session which builds on intermediate level patterns and advanced technique taught the week before.

Advanced Salsa

Prerequisite: Intermediate Salsa

Learn sizzling salsa, including cha cha, mambo, and cumbia. This class is a month session which builds on advanced level patterns and technique taught the week before.

Progressive International Standard

Prerequisite: Some Intermediate Ballroom or instructor approval.

Also known as International Standard. Learn the ballroom dances that are danced in International competition: waltz, tango, foxtrot, viennese waltz and quickstep.

Progressive International Latin

Prerequisite: Some Intermediate Latin or instructor approval.

Learn the Latin dances that are danced in International competition: cha cha, samba,rumba, paso doble and jive.

Nightclub Latin

Prerequisite: None

Learn the dances you can dance in a nightclub. Salsa, merengue, bachata, cha cha and more!

Dynamic Movement

Prerequisite: None. Requires physical activity.

This class emphasizes movements that build strength, flexibility, grace and coordination.
