Planning on having a wedding reception, bar or bat mitzvah, anniversary party or any other special event? Cinema Ballroom is available for rent for private parties. Our contemporary space is an elegant backdrop to your special event.

Private Event Rental Rates

Private event rental rates include:
- 4 hours for event, 1.5 hours for set-up, 1 hour for tear-down
- Full access to the entire building including the 4,000 sq ft main ballroom, 1,000 sq ft balcony and two 600 sq ft studios.
- Seating and Tables for 90 people. Additional tables and chairs are available for rent. Tables: 8 36" round tables, 4 24" tall cocktail table. Chairs: 90 chairs, 8 bar stools, 2 couches and 2 matching chairs
- Set-up of all furniture, rented items, fully assembled centerpieces, placecards or escort cards, table numbers and favors to your specifications by our event staff.
- Scale drawing of your floor plan. We'll do the setup while you get married!
- Your name in lights on our movie theater style marquee!
* Ballroom is only available for private events on weekends.
Additional Rental Fees

| Additional Hour Fee Cinema Ballroom will extend the time slot and function time for one additional hour. Events can start as early as 5:00 pm on Friday and Saturday and 8:00 am on Sunday. Events must end no later than 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday and 4:00 pm on Sunday. No exceptions. |

| Ceremony/Reconfiguration Fee If ceremony is held at Cinema Ballroom or you will need reconfiguration of the floor plan at sometime during your event, there is an additional hour/reconfiguration fee. |

| Additional Clean-Up Time Fee Caterers have 1 hour for cleanup. This fee is charged for each additional half hour required for clean-up. |
$75 per half hour |
| Large Event Fee Fee assessed for any event over 300 guests for extra set-up and additional cleaning requirements. |

| December Holiday Rates Additional fee charged for any rental in December or on New Year's Eve. |
