Group classes run every day as listed throughout the year. Unless indicated (as progressive), there is no start or stop date, just show up and dance! Come with or without a partner.

Progressive group classes start the 1st week of month and end the last week of month.

Progressive International Standard Master Class

	Progressive International Standard Master Class eileen - Posted on 30 January 2011 Progressive International Standard Master Class Prerequisite: Some Intermediate Ballroom or instructor approval. Also known as International Standard. Learn the ballroom dances that are danced in International competition: waltz, tango, foxtrot, viennese waltz and quickstep. Master classes are not included in the Cinema Ballroom special (free group classes the week you take a private lesson), however, you may purchase and use group class packages to receive a discount. Refer to our group class page for individual and package group class prices.

Progressive Argentine Tango

	Progressive Argentine Tango eileen - Posted on 30 January 2011 Progressive Argentine Tango Prerequisite: None Learn how to dance Argentine Tango, the internationally popular social dance which originated during the late 19th century in the suburbs of Buenos Aires. Argentine tango is danced in an embrace that can vary from very open, in which leader and follower connect at arms length, to very closed, in which the connection is chest-to-chest, or anywhere in between. In contrast to Ballroom Tango, Argentine Tango relies highly on improvisation, and a good Tango dancer is one who conveys the emotion of the music to their partner. In this month-long beginning level class you will learn fundamental footwork and connection technique, in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.
