American Rhythm Technique

Take your dancing to the next level in this American Rhythm Technique class with internationally recognized coach and champion Natalie Paramonov. Designed for intermediate and advanced dancers, this class focuses on the distinctive technique that defines the American Rhythm style, including Cha Cha, Rumba, East Coast Swing, Bolero, and Mambo. Natalie Paramonov is a World and U.S. Professional American Rhythm Champion, celebrated for her powerful technique, musicality, and expressive performance quality. With extensive competitive success and global coaching experience, she offers invaluable insight into the nuances that make Rhythm dancing dynamic and unique. Dancers will work on technique specific to American Rhythm, including grounded movement, Cuban motion, body rhythm, foot articulation, and the use of stretch, rotation, and freedom of expression that set this style apart. Through detailed breakdowns, drills, and guided practice, students will refine their fundamentals while developing greater confidence, clarity, and performance presence.
